very few click at the signatures

People are using forums for posting their site links? Does it really help in PR improvement or it is done just for canvassing about the site. I think, there are very few, who click at the signatures. What do you say?

The forum your signature is on usually has a different subject matter than the website the link is going to so there is no real traffic value in it. However you will find posters checking out your sites when they're interested in the comments you make but that has no real value for you.
The links will provide PR juice to help your ranking go up so its well worth doing!

It might not give you traffic but it certainly gives you some link juice
