Judging a keyword is very easy. You just think what will be the best keyword you choose for the page you are planning to add title and meta description. Choose the best keyword by your mind and by the help of keyword tools like google keyword suggestion tool and keyword discovery. Also check the density of the keyword in the page and then decide the final and the best keywords.

Change the title of all the pages. The pages should contain unique title. Yes you can repeat the company name on all the pages with some keyword phrase relevant to the page. :)

Use keyword suggestion tools to get some idea on keywords. Keyword Discover and google keyword suggestion tools are very popular.

If you repeat the same keyword in all the pages then you will not get high rank. Target each page with a single keyword.

try one of the following sites:

http://trends.google.com
http://www.wordtracker.com/

Here you just search for a broader keyword and try to come up with more precise keywords based on how popular (how many searches for that keyword are made) it is.

But the best solution is to get the msn search dump. This is a few GB dump with all searches done in a certain time frame on the msn live search engine. This got leaked by mistake by some Microsoft employs and can now be found available for download on many sites.

Use that info wisely!

I always use google adwords keyword tool. The best thing of it is it always shows you the keywords which has great search volume( popular) but is less competitive. It helps in getting an idea on wihch keyword you have to work on.
